Kendra Lebo Design designed these business cards for The Valley, a shop in Washington Depot, Connecticut, started by three women, carrying fine jewelry, floral arrangements, and home accessories.
According to Kendra, the women behind The Valley are a diverse group of artisans, specializing in floral design, fine jewelry design, ceramics and curating home accessories from around the world.
During the design process, Kendra and her client explored the ideas of contained chaos, frames, travel, and reference Art Deco, Arts & Crafts furnishings and wallpaper.
“We were inspired by global travel and traditional folk art and linocuts,” Kendra replied when been asked about the inspiration behind this creative project.
These business cards were printed by MOO using digital offset printing. The floral illustrations and the square layout help the card design to stand out while giving it a modern feel.
