Beth’s Branding Co. designed these business cards for That Cookie Dough, a UK-based small business that specialises in fondant sugar cookie gift boxes for any occasion, including bespoke and personalisation.
According to Beth, the goal of the design was to create something unique and eye-catching. The owner wanted to make a lasting impression and be memorable.
Therefore, it’s critical that the business cards stand out from the competition while also being the type of card you’ll want to keep.
The business cards are colourful and fun! They also have rounded corners, which give the cards a softer, more inviting feel.
The typeface used for the visual identity is called Avalanche, a serif font with thick curves that gives you a 70s groovy vibe.
The pattern on the back of the card was inspired by Terrazzo patterns. As for the colours, they were inspired by the colourful sugar fondant cookies that the clients had ordered.
MOO printed these business cards on a velvety, soft touch cardstock. Thanks to the raised spot gloss finish, it makes the cards shine while providing a tactile experience.
