Poncho Studio designed these business cards for Moooré, a brand dedicated to the production of carpets and objects for home.
Moooré approached Poncho Studio for the branding project, “They requested us to generate the identity for the brand with applications for packaging and shipping materials. The concept was based on the tile modules that make up the rugs.”
Poncho Studio also designed Moooré’s line of vinyl rugs. The colour palette used is vibrant and super eye-catching as well.
When asked about the inspiration behind the colours, the graphic designer at Poncho replied, “The inspiration came from the primary colours used in the Bauhaus, based on its aesthetic proposal that appealed to primary colours (red, blue and yellow) and respect for basic shapes (triangle, circle and square) to build a modern plastic language – for its abstract and geometric profile – as well as poetic, for its return to basics and essentials.”
The typography used in the visual identity is GT Walsheim. As for the symbols in the logo/on the front of the card, they are the geometric modules of the tiles that make up the patterns of the products.
These business cards were printed on Couché paper 300g by GráficaUno.
