Franziska Volmer designed these business cards for her own freelance graphic design business based in Cologne, Germany.
“I have always been inspired by abstract shapes and designs. For my business card I wanted to create something eye-catching, but also something that was recognizable as my brand.” Franziska said.
Franziska’s visual identity has a striking personality, especially the logo that grabs people’s attention instantly!
The logo is based on Franziska’s initials F and V, she explained, “During the design process of my logo I already thought it would be interesting to stretch and distort the logo concept. This idea matched perfectly to what I needed for my business cards, as the artwork is meant to represent the flexibility and creativity in my design process.”
“After creating a number of variations I decided to take two final versions of the artwork that worked very well together. Each business card features one of these artworks.”
These business cards were printed by 4over on 16pt card stock. Silk lamination finish was used to give the cards the elegant look; added by metallic foil stamping for that luxurious, lasting impression!
