Lauren Bloom designed these business cards for Arch Café, a conceptual branding project for a modern Tuscan café.
“The client was made up to be two Italian best friends. Their brand outlook was to create a space where authentic Italian cuisine is served in London,” Lauren said.
“The client wanted their brand to be approachable and iconic in nature with a distinct brand appearance. The brand’s colour palette was inspired by Tuscany’s colours of terracotta and the surrounding deep green from the olive trees.”
The logo was inspired from the brand name itself, Arch, which according to Lauren, is a symbolic part of the Italian walkways.
“Three arches are hidden within the letterforms with the ‘A’ highlighting the main archway. An arch graphic pattern was also produced to give this identity distinction amongst competitors. The colour palette, logo and bold graphics enable Arch to become iconic and memorable,” Lauren explained.
These business cards are not printed but if they were, Lauren would have them printed on a textured thick card stock with matte printing by Moo.
