Fanny Pagliai designed these business cards for My Agency, a local real estate agency that values each of its clients.
The real estate business card design is simple and elegant, with the pairing of both lettering and regular fonts, gold foil and soft colours to make up for a stylish design.
My Agency offers personalised real estate services in Caux and Maureilhan, such as estimating, managing and buying.
A Premium Brand Image
Claire, the manager of the agency, wanted an identity that was both soft and accessible while bringing a high-end aspect to it.
“We wanted to convey through this business card and this visual identity the trust and personal support that Claire puts in place with her clients,” Fanny said.
Script Lettering and Soft Colours
The phrase “ma agence immobilière” on the business card means “my real estate agency” in French.
The typeface used for the logotype “ma” is a script lettering font named England.
“I chose the England font for its roundness and flexibility. It brings this accessible and reassuring side to the visual identity of My Agency.”
“In addition, we wanted to stand out from the competition with a marked and truly personal visual identity.”
“In terms of the chromatic palette, we have chosen warm and soft colors, always with the aim of enhancing the support and trust aspects of this agency.”
The Printing of Business Cards
These business cards were printed by Imprimerie Chauvat-Bertau, a printing company based in Paris, France.
The cards were duplexed with Fedrigoni’s Materica Verdigris g/m2 and Fedrigoni’s Old Mill Premium White 300g/m2.
The former was then debossed with gold foil stamping for a memorable luxurious effect.
