Unifikat Design Studio designed these business cards for Marbesa 109, a brand new contemporary signature villa designed by Carlos Lamas, a renowned Argentinean architect.
Marbesa 109 is an amazing family home, just 200m from the beach in one of the most sought-after areas of Marbella.
“We had a pleasure creating the brand identity for this real estate project located in Spain. The sunny place gave us inspiration to create minimalistic and elegant brand materials. That is why we chose cappuccino colour for the visual identity,” said Paul Marcinkowski, the Brand Designer of Unifikat.
“Subtle and sophisticated treatment of the brand is enough. The villa itself is representative whereas its visual identity is just an addition. That was our aim.”
The font used for the card design is called Para Supreme. The type size was increased not only for better legibility, but also for a greater visual impact (especially for the back design) which is especially useful to memorize the brand name, 109.
These business cards were printed on combined quality paper stock with a thickness of 600g via white printing technique. According to Paul, all items in the stationery were considered to maximum attention to detail.
Overall, it’s a clean and minimalist design that puts focus on the brand name itself.
