It’s that time of the year again when you review your performances, looking back the good/bad of all experiences and make the best out of them! Here on CardDsgn.com, it’s truly a remarkable year ever since we decided to change our featuring style – request detailed information from the designers to share with our readers, especially what inspired them to design these impressive business cards. The results were amazing! Here’s why:
1. We see things from the creator’s perspective
It’s so easy to overlook some of the design details and we’re so grateful that the designers we contacted are patient and always willing to answer our questions.
2. We learn to appreciate the process of ‘making’
Sometimes designers need to go through a very lengthy process to get the work done. We’re glad that we get to share those information, encouraging one another that hardwork and patience do pay off in the end!
3. We get to connect with the designers
We always find joy in connecting with people, so having the opportunity to contact the designer himself/herself, that’s rewarding! We’re fortunate that these people are just as friendly and helpful as well.
Also, the last quarter of 2017 was also the time we started our social media presence, especially for Facebook and Instagram. The latter has given us access to fine arts, great inspirations and best of all, connect with fellow designers from all around the world!
We believe that the best is yet to come, so brace yourself! Let’s all continue to inspire and learn from one another.
