EightySeven designed these business cards for Pixplode, a U.K-based startup who prides themselves on creating eye-catching, scroll-stopping video content to drive sales and brand awareness for their clients.
“The logo was created as the client wanted a minimal, clean take on ‘pixels’. The geometric pattern is created by using the square from the ‘X’ in the logo and repeating it as a pattern of ‘X’s’,” explained Adam, the graphic designer at EightySeven.
It is also worth noting that the card has an exceptional colour palette that contributes to the catchiness of the business card design.
“The client also asked for a vibrant colour palette to work well across print and web,” Adam said.
These business cards were printed on recycled card and according to Adam, the geometric pattern on the back was applied with Spot UV.
