Vighnesh Dudani designed these business cards for House of No Sugar, a sugar-free bakery that is dedicated to provide delicious low calorie and no added sugar products.
The business card is designed to convey a sense of exclusivity. The entire brand system is aligned to provide a rather premium experience while repeatedly conveying the message of being a ‘no sugar’ and healthy brand.
According to Vighnesh, the philosophy behind House of No Sugar is pretty simple – it is clean eating and holistic living. “The brand was created as the result of a baker developing a whole new sugar-free range of recipes for his diabetic grandmother, who loved sweet baked goods but had to resist it for years together,” he said.
“Another reason, was due to the unnecessarily jacked-up prices that are often associated with healthy alternatives of common foods. While some may splurge for the healthier alternatives, others are often left with no option but to simply avoid indulging in such delicacies or even worse, helplessly go for the unhealthy alternatives, hence risking their well-being.”
“House of No Sugar aims to bridge this gap by bringing the rather premium experience of healthy indulgent foods to the masses.”
As for the colour palette, “The specific shade of blue is also chosen for its luxurious yet minimal appeal. Which in turn also helps the copper embossing stand out, while white resembles freshness and the purity of the brand and its ingredients.”
